Amelia - the beginning

Well, here it is, finally. The Amelia Trio blog. I guess we must start at the beginning, with Amelia. She was a good Guinea Pig - optimistic, clever (well, as clever as a half-pound Guinea Pig can be), and always ready for a treat. We - the trio - were slogging away at it - long hours in the practice room, searching for perfection. Searching for a name as well - what would it be? Douglas Fir Piano Trio (Jason's suggestion), Three Chairs (Anthea's idea)? The answer came in a small, smelly package - it had been staring us in the face the whole time - Amelia - the perfect moniker. Thus, our careers in classical music begun in earnest, we forged ahead.
